When leaders and organizations are supported, interconnected, and recognized, the sector as a whole becomes more resilient.
I am especially committed to supporting Black and Brown arts leaders building and strengthening institutions, networks, and ecosystems.
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed as a leader, especially in a new role, or during moments of organizational growth and transition.
Drawing on experience and research, I provide coaching, tools, and practical support to ambitious and multifaceted leaders seeking long-term growth, relevance, and impact. Well-supported leaders—like you—mean stronger Black and Brown arts institutions, communities, and ecosystems for all of us.

Communities of Practice
When leaders and organizations learn and practice together, our collective knowledge more easily turns into impactful action and resilience.
I offer training for cohorts, and use an adaptable six-part curriculum to move small groups of organizational leaders from emergent or stuck to mature and thriving. Well-supported Black and Brown organizational arts networks mean exponential collective vision, strength, and community impact that far outpaces what can be done alone.
Consulting, Research, & Speaking Engagements
I am available for advising and research projects, travel curation, public speaking, and more.
My areas of interest and expertise include communities of color-centered arts strategy and institution building, cultural infrastructure, fellowship design, asset mapping, cultural exchange, and network building.
